Description

You will be the expert for our customers' travel needs using our tool, handling inquiries, bookings, and changes via phone, chat, and email, with a focus on complex requests in flight and transport. Work either on-site in Munich or remotely from anywhere in Germany, with flexible shift options.

Requirements

  • Completed tourism vocational training or equivalent degree
  • At least 1 year of B2B customer service experience
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Very good knowledge of Amadeus (rebookings, manual reissues, refunds, queues)
  • Fluent German and very good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex customer inquiries and bookings for flights and transport
  • Process bookings, changes, cancellations, and rebookings via phone, chat, and email
  • Find proactive solutions for customer issues independently
  • Provide competent support for the Lanes & Planes tool
  • Perform back-office tasks such as creating and modifying bookings
