Collaborating across teams, you'll shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and ship features that make buying and selling homes effortless.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience at a top-tier school or fast-growing scale-up
• Exceptional product sense with first-principles thinking
• Strong technical acumen, proficient in SQL and understanding of AI tools
• Experience shipping AI-based features or strong hands-on interest in AI
• Quantitative, iterative mindset with experiment design skills

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy, craft roadmap and OKRs
• Drive continuous discovery using quantitative, qualitative, and AI-driven methods
• Own full product lifecycle from idea to launch and iteration
• Define success metrics, instrument tracking, run experiments, and build dashboards
• Collaborate with operations, growth, sales, and leadership across disciplines
