💼 About This Role

You'll build the backend platform behind Line, our voice agents product. You'll own end-to-end backend work shaping latency, reliability, and developer experience. This role offers ownership of distributed systems and direct impact on customer-facing agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build distributed systems behind voice agents: servers, workers, and media pipelines.
• Take projects from spec to production: design, build, ship, monitor, iterate.
• Define developer experience: APIs, observability, and applied evaluations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building distributed backend systems in production
• Strong product instincts for platform work (latency, reliability, developer experience)
• Second-order thinking about backend architecture and tradeoffs
• Fluent, day-to-day use of AI coding tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go and Python in backend platform context
• Realtime media systems (WebRTC, SIP, RTP, low-latency audio)
• Deep experience with cloud and infra primitives (Kubernetes, Docker, NATS, gRPC, OpenTelemetry)
