Responsibilities
- Achieve 25% increase in software adoption rates within 12 months
- Implement continuous feedback loop between users, CS, and Product/Engineering
- Create and distribute monthly reports on software usage and user satisfaction
- Maintain regular training sessions for new team members
- Communicate tracking details to stakeholders and gather feedback from power users
