🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and champion design vision for institutional projects from concept to realization.
• Translate client and community aspirations into innovative, sustainable architectural responses.
• Lead resolution of complex design and technical challenges ensuring design intent.
• Mentor teams and advance design quality and inclusive studio culture.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading institutional or government architectural projects.
• Professional degree in Architecture required; master's and registration preferred.
• Proven ability to direct multidisciplinary teams through sustainability-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of Revit and BIM for strategic oversight of design workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• LEED AP or similar sustainability credentials.
• Experience supporting project pursuits (RFQs, RFPs, fee proposals).
