🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive business and product insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to define and evolve key metrics and KPIs.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage.
• Build and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory).
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analytics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with event-based data (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).
• Working knowledge of Python / R for advanced analysis.
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
