• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and sponsorship

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in functions and industries NICE serves
• Leadership experience in contact center environment preferred
• Deep domain experience in IVR/Routing/ACD or Workforce Management
• Proven ability to handle senior executive audience and stakeholders

• Six Sigma or process improvement certification
• Change management certification
• Multi-industry experience
