🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop lift plans, schedules, and work scopes for crane and rigging operations.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and logistics for safe execution.
• Enforce safety standards and review lift plans with JHAs.
• Estimate costs, track expenses, manage budgets and profitability.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in machinery moving/millwright services
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft products
• On-job experience with millwright projects
• Team player with client coordination skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Project management/sales experience (2+ years preferred)
