💼 About This Role

You'll lead program management and business development for ispace's next-generation lunar lander. You'll define market strategy, target customers, and contract execution while coordinating with internal teams and government agencies. This role impacts Japan's lunar transportation business directly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Formulate payload/data customer acquisition strategies
• Create bid proposals and manage contract conclusion
• Coordinate program issues among division and stakeholders
• Manage SBIR subsidy invoicing with support corporations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in program management or business planning
• Experience in aerospace or high-tech program management
• B2B or government sales and contract negotiation experience
• Native-level Japanese and conversational English
