💼 About This Role

You'll manage features for ClearCalc RadMonteCarlo, a key product in radiation oncology treatment planning. Your work directly supports clinics in validating treatment plans more efficiently and confidently. The role bridges clinical physics and product development at a fully remote mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize features and define product specifications based on clinical needs
• Coordinate product releases, including requirements and timelines
• Test new product versions and perform regression testing
• Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing and by users

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a clinical medical physicist
• Experience commissioning treatment planning system algorithms
• Experience with Monte Carlo calculation algorithms
• Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Radformation ClearCalc product
• Programming experience in C# or similar
• Exposure to product management responsibilities
