Description

You will support daily operations for assigned product categories, partnering with the Category Director to ensure smooth operations. You will manage product and supplier data, perform daily checks, and communicate with suppliers to maintain accurate information and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (primarily email, occasional phone) for supplier and internal coordination
• E-commerce, retail, or operations experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel (basic to advanced, e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Basic SQL or Python skills (e.g., data querying, simple data processing) a plus

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for assigned product categories in collaboration with Category Director
• Manage product and supplier key data (e.g., product info, classification, pricing, operational settings)
• Perform daily morning checks to review products, orders, and supplier status, proactively addressing operational or system issues
• Correct product or data errors via systems and platforms to prevent impact on user experience and performance
• Serve as category contact for daily supplier communication (order confirmation, shipment updates) and ensure correct processes
