📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of L&D, talent programs, or content development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create training materials (slides, guides, microlearning).
• Strong PowerPoint skills with visual design and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for simplifying complex topics.
