💼 About This Role

You'll architect Toast's AI-driven evolution within the GTM engine, reimagining workflows across Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations. You'll sit at the intersection of Business Technology, Engineering, and Sales, bridging high-level sales strategy with functional technical requirements. You'll personally build Version 0.1 prototypes using AI tools to prove value before handing off to Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the internal AI product roadmap for the GTM organization.
• Build rapid prototypes using Claude, V0, or low-code automation wrappers.
• Translate complex sales challenges into structured data and API requirements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption of AI solutions by sales reps.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI Product Management, GTM Strategy, RevOps, or Solutions Architecture at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Proficient in using LLMs to write scripts, build data visualizations, or prototype internal tools.
• Understand how data moves between systems (Salesforce, Snowflake, LeanData) and how RAG works.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles (prospecting, qualifying, closing).

• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and AI add-ons like Einstein or Agentforce.
• Prior experience in the restaurant or fintech space.
• Portfolio of side projects or internal tools built using GenAI to automate workflows.
