💼 About This Role

You'll design and build Anthropic's global compliance program for frontier AI regulation like the EU AI Act. Your work will directly shape how a leading AI lab operationalizes evolving regulatory obligations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design, build-out, and ongoing maintenance of Anthropic's compliance program for frontier AI regulation
• Serve as owner of compliance policies and reviewer of regulator-facing documentation
• Own the compliance controls framework and second-line controls
• Present compliance program status to leadership and Board

📋 Requirements

• Experience building or running a compliance program in a regulated industry
• Hands-on experience operationalizing a complex regulatory regime end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguity with novel regulation
• Experience engaging directly with regulators across jurisdictions

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, or comparable frameworks
• Experience standing up a second-line compliance function at a technology company
• Relevant certifications such as CCEP, CIPP/E, or IAPP AIGP
