💼 About This Role

You'll join smava's Sales Operations team, acting as a key link between sales and other departments. You'll provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance and support cross-functional projects. This role offers direct impact on the growth of one of Germany's leading FinTechs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Analytics, Sales, PreSales, and Product teams
• Process large datasets into meaningful reports and KPIs
• Create new reports and dashboards in Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Plan and scope live-monitoring and efficiency analyses

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree in business or equivalent training
• Practical experience in Analytics or BI
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with SQL and report creation, preferably in Tableau

• Affinity for KPIs, reports, and process optimization
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills
