You'll lead heat pump installations for Maine's largest residential HVAC company, delivering efficient and high-quality experiences. You'll take ownership of the full installation process from start to finish, with full warehouse and parts runner support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, diagnose, and maintain HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings
• Verify and load equipment and materials for each job
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain vehicle cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Heat pump experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with clean record
