You'll teach a High School Life-Skills curriculum in a self-contained classroom with paraprofessional support. You'll collaborate with clinical staff to meet individual student needs. Enjoy a sign-on bonus and return year after year with no annual contract.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach a High School Life-Skills curriculum in a self-contained classroom.
• Classroom sizes are at or near 10 students with paraprofessional support.
• Provide a differentiated learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with staff to yield positive results for students.

📋 Requirements

• Professional Educator's License (PEL) with LBS1 certification or PEL with Secondary Education.
• Ability to teach a self-contained classroom within all basic instructional areas.
• Ability to work with youth with emotional/behavioral/academic difficulties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Desire to obtain Special Education Certification (LBS1) if not already held.
