You'll define and enforce engineering standards across Development PODs, ensuring quality and governance. You'll act as the technical bridge between clients and delivery teams, translating needs into technical direction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and enforce engineering standards and quality gates across PODs
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical decision approvals
• Lead onboarding orientation sessions for new engineers
• Attend bi-weekly technical sessions with stakeholders as technical representative

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
• At least 3 years in a tech lead or senior engineering role
• Strong background in modern development practices: clean code, CI/CD, automated testing
• Experience working in distributed or nearshore/offshore delivery models

• Background in retail tech, e-commerce, or enterprise product companies
• Previous client-facing or pre-sales solutioning experience
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, IaC basics)
