You'll debug hardware, software, and networking faults, develop troubleshooting documentation, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive systemic problem resolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Linux systems in troubleshooting or support
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and familiarity with Python
• Strong understanding of diagnostic tools
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities
