You'll join the loudest store in the mall, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store to keep it visually appealing. This role is hyper-focused on the in-store experience and customer engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Cover the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
