💼 About This Role

You'll drive investment decision-making and portfolio coordination across F&G's investment platform. Your analysis and frameworks will directly influence strategic asset allocation and tactical repositioning. This senior individual contributor role partners with portfolio management teams and external asset managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive investment decision-making using best-practice analytics and evaluation frameworks
• Evaluate investment opportunities for alignment to risk, return, capital, and ALM goals
• Implement process improvements through automation and data/technology
• Serve as key contact with external asset managers and facilitate pipeline visibility

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, investments, economics, or mathematics
• 8+ years of investment-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using SQL, VBA, Bloomberg, and AI-enabled tools

✨ Nice to Have

• CFA and/or ASA designation
• History of working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
