💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming construction through technology, maintaining and repairing a diverse heavy equipment fleet at our Wood River facility. Your work will directly support contractors by keeping machinery operational and safe. This role offers OEM training and access to cutting-edge diagnostic tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track service intervals
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower-level technicians and maintain documentation
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• High School diploma or trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
