💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale an AI-native platform for real estate in Spain, a fragmented and underdigitised industry. As Chief Product Officer, you'll own the product vision and lead strategy. This is a day-1 founding seat with significant equity and full backing from Antai Ventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, launch and scale a disruptive product from scratch.
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Talk to customers relentlessly to turn insights into decisions.
• Define and prioritise what gets built and why.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record as a product leader in early-stage environment
• Hands-on builder who prototypes fast into working features
• Practical AI experience with production LLM systems
• Fluency in Spanish and English

• Knowledge of Southern European market
