π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or HR
- 3+ years in compensation analysis, financial analysis, or related role
- Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
- Healthcare compensation experience, preferably with physician structures
