📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or HR
• 3+ years in compensation analysis, financial analysis, or related role
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
• Healthcare compensation experience, preferably with physician structures

• SQL experience
