You'll oversee construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with general contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders. Your core impact will be delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You'll help transform an industry through innovative technology and real-time support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct general contractors, architects, and vendors to complete projects on time and within budget
• Review construction contracts and pay requests for compliance
• Monitor deliverables and ensure compliance with building requirements and timelines
• Prepare bid information including invitation to bid form, addendums, and bid books

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of construction experience
• 5 years managing multiple commercial/industrial construction projects
• Experience managing projects ranging from $5M–$50M
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record

• Experience with concrete tilt-wall construction, distribution center builds, and civil scopes
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and construction management software
• Experience managing projects over $1 million
