• Design and deliver scalable training programs including e-learning, certifications, and live sessions.
• Develop and maintain enablement content and product documentation.
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and drive adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in product enablement, GTM enablement, or related role.
• Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles.
• Strong product acumen with ability to translate complex features into clear messaging.
• Experience with enablement technologies such as LMS platforms and content management systems.
