You will convert inbound leads into sales by handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, nurturing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role offers a path to fully remote work after an initial onboarding period, supporting Australia time zones from Vancouver.

Requirements

• Industry experience in customer support, telesales, or customer success is a plus
• Proven experience in customer interaction, lead generation, and closing deals
• High emotional intelligence and inclusive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with ability to achieve sales targets under pressure

Responsibilities
