💼 About This Role

You'll build and grow CareMessage's presence in the Tribal Health market as a senior individual contributor owning business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue. You'll develop trusted relationships with Tribal Health Organizations and Urban Indian Organizations, closing new partnerships that advance health equity. This role blends market-building with direct sales execution in a mission-driven nonprofit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a targeted account strategy for Tribal Health organizations
• Source and close new business through direct outreach and relationship-building
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close
• Represent CareMessage at Tribal Health conferences and ecosystem events

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in healthcare business development or SaaS sales
• Significant experience selling to Tribal Health Organizations or Urban Indian Organizations
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare deals
• Technical fluency in healthcare technology including EHRs and data exchange

• Familiarity with Tribal Health governance, funding, and procurement dynamics
