Description

You will own continuity of supply for PCBs and components on the Starshield program, collaborating with design, R&D, and production teams to manage suppliers and deliver world-class products. You'll implement supplier technical requirements, monitor PPAP, and drive root cause analysis to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Experience with PCBs, engineering laminates, electrochemical processes, or microelectronics fabrication
• Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FAIR, RCCA) and quality systems (ISO 9000/TS/AS9100/NADCAP)
• Experience with statistical techniques (SPC, DOE, Six Sigma)
• Willingness to travel up to 25-60% and work long hours
