💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the AI platform strategy for agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows at OneTrust. You'll own reusable AI systems like orchestration, memory, and evaluation services that accelerate every product team. This role directly influences the AI platform roadmap and agent quality standards across the portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year vision and investment roadmap for AI platform capabilities.
• Establish reusable AI product system including tools, MCP servers, and governance controls.
• Set organizational standards for agent quality, evaluation frameworks, and safety guardrails.
• Create abstractions and operating mechanisms enabling multiple teams to ship agents faster.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience.
• Deep experience with platform roadmaps, PRDs, schemas, and APIs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, UX, and GTM.
• Experience with agent systems, MCP servers, or orchestration frameworks.

• Experience in AI, platform, or infrastructure SaaS environments.
