You'll join Agoda's Performance Marketing Team to optimize campaign performance through data-driven experimentation and modeling. You'll analyze vast datasets to drive marketing ROI and influence global travel strategies. This role offers relocation to Bangkok and exposure to cutting-edge marketing analytics at a Booking Holdings company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and analyze A/B tests for ad campaigns across Google, Bing, and Trivago
• Develop predictive models using data science techniques on large datasets
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance and derive insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from a top university
• 4+ years experience in data analysis from consulting, IB, PE, or tech
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
