💼 About This Role

You'll join Alan's Tech Foundations team to build a secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for a health platform serving over a million members. You'll own cloud security and developer experience across a multi-cloud environment, making security seamless for product crews. This role offers high ownership in a transparent, distributed culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement cloud security controls across AWS and multi-cloud environments
• Automate security tooling and integrate into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product crews to ensure secure-by-default infrastructure
• Enhance developer experience with secure, self-service platform capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years at the intersection of Cloud/Infrastructure and Security
• Experience with Cloud Security first approaches to software development
• Strong backend development skills (Python/Flask or similar)
• Experience with security tooling and practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-cloud architectures
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
