You'll join FurtherAI's early team to build AI agents for the insurance industry, integrating large language models into real-world workflows. Your work will transform how underwriters and claims adjusters get work done, with direct impact on product and culture at a fast-growing startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy production code across backend and AI systems
• Integrate and optimize large language models for insurance workflows
• Build data processing pipelines for unstructured documents
• Contribute to APIs and orchestration for the AI Workspace

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, EE, or related STEM field
• Hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Excitement to learn about large language models or applied AI

• Internship or project experience in AI/ML or full-stack development
• Experience with PyTorch, LangChain, or FastAPI
