🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee 24/7 monitoring of public safety signals and incident generation.
• Define operational framework for 24/7 Protect Agent function.
• Establish incident verification, update workflows, and notification standards.
• Lead market expansion while maintaining operational performance metrics.
• Drive transition to AI-assisted incident generation pipeline.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale operational organizations in real-time environments.
• Experience managing high-throughput operational systems and distributed teams.
• Understanding of public safety communications or real-time information platforms.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams on operational technology.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation.
• Knowledge of CAD feed integrations and radio systems.
• Background in emergency response or 911 dispatch.
