Description

You will be the lead architect for Peloton's internal AI transformation, building autonomous agents that execute complex workflows across Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams. Your role combines hands-on coding with strategic roadmap setting to drive enterprise-wide automation.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in AI/ML infrastructure or data engineering
• Mastery of Python, Go, or Java/Scala and distributed systems
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Hands-on with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and modern data stacks (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD for ML lifecycles

Responsibilities

• Architect and code multi-agent systems for end-to-end business processes
• Partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into AI architectures
• Evaluate agentic frameworks and LLM providers for build vs. buy decisions
• Design scalable inference services and integrate with existing service meshes
• Implement security guardrails for PII/PHI filtering and prompt injection mitigation
