You will support the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of a sophisticated export controls compliance program for a global FAANG-level technology company. Requirements

• 5+ years in export controls or international trade compliance with EAR focus.
• Hands-on experience with export classification, compliance program development, and training.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export controls laws and regulations, particularly EAR.
• Private industry experience; large technology company experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain export controls compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on U.S. export controls laws (EAR) and regulations.
• Support global export compliance initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor and respond to regulatory changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to export classification and training programs.
