You'll lead sales and distribution for Paytm's Oil & Gas offline transactions team in Hyderabad, driving merchant acquisition and relationship management. You'll build a high-performance sales team and execute strategies to accelerate core growth metrics. This role offers the chance to impact India's largest merchant acquirer's mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Acquire and manage merchant accounts for EDC machines
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team
• Monitor team performance and optimize resource utilization

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or EDC sales
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of local language
• Willingness to travel as needed
