💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center to paint and correct vehicles using state-of-the-art tools. You'll ensure every car meets our quality standards before reaching customers. This role offers a $6,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint vehicles with base coats, tri-coats, metallic and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color match
• Perform paint correction to remove defects
• Use paint booths and mixing equipment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Pass background check and MVR check
