You'll serve as a trusted consultant guiding school districts in West Texas through every stage of their IXL implementation. You'll deliver professional development and regularly meet with leaders to monitor progress and analyze data. This is a full-time remote role with 40-60% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts
• Partner with district leaders to create PD plans aligned to goals
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across districts
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive PD to those audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative
