💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in creating the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you help run the store and lead a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales.
• Cover the sales floor and step up as leadership when needed.
• Open and close the store, including register and cash handling.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
