🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the Product Design team across multiple portfolios.
• Own end-to-end design processes from discovery to final UI.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.
• Establish scalable design systems and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX and product design for web and mobile.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Fullstory, Miro or similar.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
