Description

You will join the Marketing Agent team to build an AI-powered system that autonomously creates and executes marketing strategies for thousands of businesses. You'll design agentic systems, collaborate with AI and infrastructure engineers, and mentor junior team members, directly driving revenue for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven track record building high-quality products and systems
• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
• Proficient in Python and modern web stack (FastAPI, Django, MySQL, Postgres)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Responsibilities

• Automate marketing processes to dramatically increase customer ROI
• Lead and design next-generation agentic systems at Klaviyo
• Collaborate with AI and AI Infra Engineers for high-quality low-latency outputs
• Mentor junior team members on engineering best practices
• Transform workflows by putting AI at the center of system design
