💼 About This Role

You'll be the central technical expert ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency of a semi-automated fulfillment center. You'll oversee all building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, fire safety) and coordinate with external specialists to minimize downtime. This role offers ownership of critical infrastructure and direct impact on logistics operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technical condition and safety of building infrastructure
• Respond to and resolve critical technical failures
• Define and oversee preventive maintenance plans
• Coordinate with site management and automation team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management or related field
• At least 2 years experience in technical facility management or maintenance
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Valid driver's license class B
