You'll join Super's team to manage the life-cycle of odds for football markets, from pre-match creation to in-play trading. Your core impact will be optimising trading performance and managing financial exposure using data analysis and real-time decision-making. This role combines data analysis with real-time decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and manage football markets for pre-match and in-play
• Compile odds for player and stats-based markets
• Monitor and adjust odds based on market activity and liabilities
• Analyze betting trends, customer behavior, and market performance

📋 Requirements

• Football knowledge including major leagues and competitions
• Experience in sportsbook trading and betting operations
• Ability to make fast, accurate decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets and trading platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science
• Knowledge of Python/R
• Experience with in-play trading systems or automated tools
