💼 About This Role

You'll act as senior triage physiotherapist, reviewing referrals and conducting telephone/video assessments. You'll determine suitability for clinical assessment and signpost patients to the right pathway. This role focuses on triage rather than treatment delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive triage of referrals and medical records
• Deliver telephone/video triage using internal policies
• Identify exclusions, contraindications and safeguarding concerns
• Lead or contribute to pathway audits and SOP updates

📋 Requirements

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist; member of CSP
• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience with at least 2 at Band 6+
• Demonstrable expertise in remote/telephone triage and safety-netting
• Advanced clinical reasoning and confident autonomous decision-maker

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in pain management or cannabis-based medicinal products
• Prior work within a start-up/scale-up or busy healthcare setting
• Experience creating SOPs, audits, or service redesign projects
