🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute design strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end design process from research to final UI.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to design system.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in senior product design role with strong UX focus.
• Figma mastery including auto layout, design tokens, and prototypes.
• Proven experience in fintech and/or SaaS environments.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design tools (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).
• Familiarity with UX analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
• Knowledge of accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design principles.
