You'll lead PV module technology strategy and energy modeling for utility-scale solar projects. You'll own thin-film CdTe technology, production estimates for PPA negotiations, and technical diligence during financing. This role connects material science with system-level design across the project lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead PV module qualification testing and degradation modeling
• Develop energy models using PVsyst or PlantPredict
• Drive system design optimization for lowest LCOE
• Support technical diligence during project financing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in PV module technology or solar performance engineering
• Expertise in thin-film CdTe technology and testing
• Proficiency with PVsyst or similar bankability-grade modeling tools
• Experience with utility-scale solar project development and financing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with accelerated life test protocols
• Knowledge of DC collection systems and tracker technologies
• Background in cross-functional team leadership
