🎯 What You'll Do

• Tackle systemic bottlenecks and improve fault tolerance
• Optimize resource usage to reduce cloud costs
• Lead long-term refactoring and deprecate legacy systems
• Strengthen data protection and access controls
• Improve tooling, observability, and automation

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years backend engineering experience
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL data models
• Proven track record architecting complex systems in production
