💼 About This Role
You'll develop factory simulation models and production flow analyses to support aircraft production scaling. You'll validate manufacturing decisions through data-driven simulation before physical implementation. This role offers a chance to shape a new Industrial Engineering function in the aerospace industry.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain factory simulation models for throughput and capacity analysis
- Model end-to-end manufacturing flow including receiving, production, and logistics
- Analyze line balancing, equipment utilization, and production bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate layouts into data-driven models
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or factory simulation
- Hands-on experience with discrete event simulation and production flow modeling
- Strong understanding of production routing, line balancing, and bottleneck analysis
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Siemens Plant Simulation or similar tools
- Background in aerospace, EV, or high-rate manufacturing
- Exposure to MES systems, SAP, or production routing systems
