💼 About This Role

You'll join the Compliance Team of a fast-growing AI companionship platform, owning legal and compliance workflows for worldwide laws. You'll work alongside the Ethics and Compliance Officer to handle data protection contracts, AI governance documentation, and content policy updates. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise at the frontier of AI and e-commerce regulation in a leading, fast-moving company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (DPAs, TIAs, AI system inventories).
• Conduct product and feature reviews for data protection and consumer rights.
• Review contracts (NDAs, licenses) and update legal terms (TOS, privacy notices).
• Track and analyze relevant legal developments and regulatory guidance.

📋 Requirements

• Legal education (Master of Laws, Juris Doctor, or equivalent).
• 2-6 years experience as legal counsel, with at least 2 years in data protection law.
• Experience preparing Data Protection Agreements and Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English.
